Method Two: Copying an Existing Class

This method takes an existing class, and transfers to it the settings of another class.

Procedure

Select Setup > Practice > Classes.
In the Class Setup window, from the Account Class section of this window, select the class that you want to copy another's settings into.
Click Copy class.
In the Copy window appears, from the Copy From Class list, select the class you want to copy setting from.
Click OK to confirm.

Results

The new class is added to the list of account classes.
