ACT

  • Mode of Separation is now validated by its numeric value only. Its text formatting is not validated.
  • The Mode of Separation value must be one of these Mode of Separation codes: 10, 21, 22, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90.
  • This Mode of Separation code was added: 22.
  • The descriptions of the Modes of Separation were revised for consistency.
  • Unplanned theatre visit values are exported based on the user selection:
    • Yes=1
    • No =2
    • Not Stated/Inadequately Described = 2

NSW

  • In the Fees tab, if a user clicks Get Items, no error message is displayed.

Qld

  • These facilities and facility codes were added. New facility names are displayed in CAPITAL letters in the user interface.

  • When a user completes an episode, Day Surgery now checks that the suburb, postcode and state have been entered. A message is displayed for each field that has not been completed.

Qld (Multi-location)

There are no updates for Queensland (Multi-location) in this release.

SA

  • The Admission Election field now displays the configured value as the default value.
  • Mode of Separation is now validated by its numeric value only. Its text formatting is not validated.
  • The Mode of Separation value must be one of these Mode of Separation codes: 10, 21, 22, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90.
  • These Modes of Separation codes were added: 21, 30.
  • The descriptions of the Modes of Separation were revised for consistency.
  • In the DxCodes table, the Dx code was added. It has these possible values:
    • EX: External diagnosis
    • M: Morphology
    • OD: Other diagnosis
  • For diagnoses, additional dropdown lists have been added to display the DCID code based on the selected diagnosis code.
  • The Episodes table now displays the diagnosis codes of the episodes.
  • The ISAAC report now shows the DCID codes at specified locations. The report can also be generated in the latest Microsoft Excel template available.

Vic

  • Mode of Separation is now validated by its numeric value only. Its text formatting is not validated.
  • The Mode of Separation value must be one of these Mode of Separation codes: 10, 21, 22, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90.
  • These Mode of Separation codes were added: 22, 40, 50, 70.
  • The descriptions of the Modes of Separation were revised for consistency.

  • Mode of Separation is now validated by its numeric value only. Its text formatting is not validated.
  • In the ModeOfSeparation table, a new column named HCPModeOfSeparation has been added to include the new codes. The values can be:
    • 10: Discharge/transfer to (an)other acute hospital
    • 21: Discharge/transfer to a residential aged care service, which is not the usual place of residence
    • 22: Discharge/transfer to a residential aged care service, which is the usual place of residence
    • 30: Discharge/transfer to (an)other psychiatric hospital
    • 40: Discharge/transfer to other health care accommodation (includes mothercraft hospitals)
    • 50: Statistical discharge-type change
    • 60: Left against medical advice/discharge at own risk
    • 70: Statistical discharge from leave
    • 80: Died
    • 90: Other (includes discharge to usual residence (not including residential aged care), own accommodation/welfare institution (includes prisons, hostels and group homes providing primarily welfare services))
