Enabling Quantity and Equipment for Radiation Oncology

Enable a batch type to allow billing of Radiation Oncology Services.

Procedure

To enable a batch type that will allow billing of Radiation Oncology Services:
  1. Select Setup > Practice > Classes. The Class Setup window appears.
  2. Select an existing Class or create a new Class with its batch method being either:
    • Medicare Australia Bulk Bill,
    • Medicare Australia Patient Claim,
    • Medicare Australia DVA Streamlined or
    • ECLIPSE-IMC
  3. Set Use Equipment and Allow Quantity > 1 for the selected class.

Results

All accounts that use the selected class will be enabled for Radiation Oncology Estimation, Invoicing, and Online Claiming.
