Bluechip allows you to configure its Estimation and Invoicing functions so that you can include Quantity and Equipment for Private Billing of User Defined Fee List Service items (e.g. Cosmetic Surgery).

Enabling Quantity in Classes used for Private Billing

Before you begin

To enable use of Quantity and / or Equipment in a Class that is used for Private Billing:

Select Setup > Practice > Classes. The Class Setup window appears.
Select the General tab.
Select an existing Class or create a new Class that has a non-Medicare batch type.
To enable quantity, tick the Allow Quantity > 1 check box.
To enable Equipment, tick the Use Equipment check box.
