Before you begin
If you want to add information from the account details into a footer, it is important to understand how the fields work.
Procedure

Select from the Bluechip Main window and click the General tab.

Select the class that you are going to modify the footer for and look at the fields that you can use in the letterhead template.
The spelling and punctuation used in a field in the Class Setup must exactly match the spelling and punctuation used in the corresponding field in the letterhead template. If the spelling of the two fields does not match exactly, then the letterhead field will not work.
Because of these issues, it is always a good idea to follow standard naming conventions for your Class Setup fields.
For example:
Never use punctuation.
Always use the same abbreviations (for example Number/NO).
Copy similar fields from other classes, if necessary.
