Before You Begin
Prepare to move your Bluechip data to a new server.
Contact your system administrator if you need assistance with the following:
- An external hard drive or other media for moving the data from the old server to the new server.
- Ensure you have the latest full Bluechip release.
- Log in to Windows with local administrator privileges.
- Ensure you have your MedicalDirector Bluechip Store password, or Medicare Australia Location Certificate CD and PIC Passphrase.
- Determine your installed version of the Bluechip. To do this, open Bluechip. Select and note the installed version.
