IMC Claim Process Status Messages via Eclipse
The following table shows the various statuses displayed in the Claims Window during IMC Claim Processing via ECLIPSE.

| Status is successful, but claim has failed ECLIPSE validation. | Rejected (Validation) | |
| Status is successful, and claim delivered to Medicare and Private Health Fund. | Awaiting Processing Report | |
| Get Statement of Benefit Report | Service outage or connection failure. | |
| Response status is negative. | ||
| Response status is successful, but claim is fully rejected by Medicare. Can be receipted manually or adjusted and resubmitted as a new claim. | Ready to Finalise (R) User must click the Rejected button to finalise the claim, after which the message will read 'Finalised (Rejected)' |
