IMC Claim Process Status Messages via Eclipse

The following table shows the various statuses displayed in the Claims Window during IMC Claim Processing via ECLIPSE.

Action Status Message in the Claims Window
Transmit Claim Service outage or connection failure. Awaiting Submission
Response status is negative.
Response status is successful. Processing
ECLIPSE Claim Validation Service outage or connection failure.
Response status is negative.
Status is successful, but claim has failed ECLIPSE validation. Rejected (Validation)
Status is successful, and claim delivered to Medicare and Private Health Fund. Awaiting Processing Report
Get Statement of Benefit Report Service outage or connection failure.
Response status is negative.
Response status is successful, but claim is fully rejected by Medicare. Can be receipted manually or adjusted and resubmitted as a new claim. Ready to Finalise (R)

User must click the Rejected button to finalise the claim, after which the message will read 'Finalised (Rejected)'

Response status is successful, and claim is partially accepted. Awaiting Payment Report
Response status is successful, and claim is fully accepted.
Get Remittance Service outage or connection failure. Awaiting Payment Report
Response status is successful, and Remittance (RMT) Report retrieved. Ready to Receipt
Allocate Receipt Receipt is automatically created and allocated to the invoice. Finalised (Receipted)
