        Open or search for an existing patient's records by their demographic or financial details.

      • Add New Patient Records

        When a new patient joins your health service, create a new patient record.

      • Edit Patient Records

        If required, update an existing patient's demographic details such as name, address, contact details, medicare number and so on.

      • Deactivate or Reactivate Patient Records

        If the patient has not visited your practice for some time, you can make their patient record inactive.

      • Duplicate Patient Records

        You can merge duplicate patient records.

      • Deceased Patients

        When a patient dies, record the date of death details.

      • Delete Patient Record

        If a patient record has no historical data, it can be permanently deleted from the Bluechip database.

    • Recalls

      A Recall is a reminder given to a patient to remind them that they are due for a visit.
