Copy the Backup Files to External Media

About this task

The database.inf file contains information about your existing Bluechip server and computers, such as the names of these computers, and can come in handy once you have set up the new server.

The default backup location is C:\HCN\Backup.

Procedure

Copy the hic.psi to the external drive.
Backup the database inf file. Default installed location:
- 32 Bit OS: C:\ Program Files\Medicare Client Adaptor
- 64 Bit OS: C:\ Program Filesx86\Medicare Client Adaptor

Results

The files are saved.
