  Add new patient records, deactivate or reactivate patient records, mark patient's as deceased, delete patient records and search for patient records using a patient's details.
  - Search for Patient Records
    Open or search for an existing patient's records by their demographic or financial details.
  - Add New Patient Records
    When a new patient joins your health service, create a new patient record.
  - Edit Patient Records
    If required, update an existing patient's demographic details such as name, address, contact details, medicare number and so on.
  - Deactivate or Reactivate Patient Records
    If the patient has not visited your practice for some time, you can make their patient record inactive.

Country-Of-Birth Codes

Country codes used in Bluechip and other MedicalDirector products are a subset of the Standard Australian Classification of Countries (SACC) created by the Australia Bureau of Statistics (ABS). These country codes are used when you record a patient's country of birth.
