MedicalDirector's Service Improvement Program collections information about your Microsoft products and related applications, without interruption to you or your computer systems. It helps to enhance MedicalDirector's product suite and provide you with a better Customer Service experience. This following information will be collected:

Operating System version
SQL Server version
.NET version
Screen resolution
To opt in or out of the Service Improvement Program, right-click the MedicalDirector Automatic Update icon in your Windows System Tray, and then select Service Improvement Program and set the checkbox MedicalDirector as required.
