Printing a Message on Statements

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Select Setup > Practice > Messages. The Message Setup window appears.

  2. Select the Statement tab.
  3. Click New.
  4. In the New Common Message window, enter a name for the message (this is only a name for reference purposes, and not the message itself) and click OK.

  5. In the Message Setup window type the message you would like to appear printed on the statement.
  6. Click OK to save your settings and close the Message Setup window.
  7. Select Setup > Practitioner > Practitioner Details.
  8. In the Practitioner Setup window, select the Class Options tab.

  9. From the Class list, select the class to which you want to apply your message.
  10. From the Statement Messages lists, select a message to associate with each debt period.
  11. Click OK to save your settings and exit the Practitioner Setup window.
