Associating Classes with Batch Types

Associate each class you created with its corresponding batch type.

Before you begin

Procedure

To associate a class with a batch type:

Select Setup > Practice > Classes from the Bluechip Main window.
In the Class Setup window, in the Account class list, select the class to batch. For example Patient Claim.
On the Payment Options tab, from the Batch Type list, select Patient Claims.

If you do not have a class associated with this batch type, one will need to be created. For more information on creating a new class, refer to Creating Classes.
Click OK.
Repeat this process to associate your Bulk Bill class with its corresponding Bulk Bill batch type.
