  - Banking History Report
    A list of finalised banking slips and banking slip receipts for a bank account over a given period.
  - Receipt Reversals After Banking Report
    A list of receipts reversed after banking.
  - Unbanked Receipts Report
    Provides a list of receipts that have not yet been banked.

    Lists either a full history of all bank transfers for a given date or all bank transfers required to balance bank accounts.

Banking History Report

A list of finalised banking slips and banking slip receipts for a bank account over a given period.

Before you begin

Banking History includes the following reports:

Banking History Detail Report - a list of finalised banking slips with respective receipt transactions for selected bank accounts over a specified period.
Banking History Summary Report - a summary list of finalised banking slips (without receipt transactions) for a selected bank account over a specified period.

Procedure

Either:
- Click
- Press Ctrl + P
- Select Reports > Print
The Print Report window appears.
Select the Banking History Report from the list of reports and click Next The Print > Banking History Report window appears.
Indicate the entry date range.
Specify a Bank Account.
Specify the Banking Slip Type.
You can view the banking history report which lists finalised bank slips and banking slip receipts.
- Select Summary to view a summary banking history report.
- Select Detail to view a detailed banking history report.
Sort the printed data by Banking Date or by Banking Slip Type. If you choose the latter option, banking by 'cheque' will appear first on the report, followed by 'cash'.
Click Next.

What to do next

Select a printer and printer settings and print the report.
