  - Search for Patient Records
    Open or search for an existing patient's records by their demographic or financial details.

Patient Search by Financial Details

Search for the patient records using non-demographic details such as invoice, receipt, batch number and so on.

About this task

Search for a patient record in the Locate panel.

Procedure

To search for a patient record:

From the Bluechip main window, either:
- Select File > > Locate.
- Press Ctrl + L
In the Locate panel, set any non-demographic field such as Invoice, Receipt, Batch (batch ID) and so on.
In the Number field, enter the associated number for the search item.
Click Find.

Results

The patient record associated with the search item is displayed.
