Deceased Patients Report
This report lists all deceased patients over a given period. If 'Deceased Date' is unknown, the date on which the patient was flagged as deceased is considered the 'Deceased Date'.

  - Appointment List (No Comment) Report
    This report provides you with a list, in order of scheduled time of arrival, of all patients who have appointments booked on the dates you select, with the Practitioners you select, and of the appointment types you select.
  - Appointment List (With Comment) Report
    This report provides you with a list, in order of scheduled time of arrival, of all patients who have appointments booked on the dates you select, with the Practitioners you select, and of the appointment types you select.
  - Appointment List (Extended) Report
    This report provides you with a list, in order of scheduled time of arrival, of all patients who have appointments booked on the dates you select, with the Practitioner you select, and of the appointment type you select.

    This report lists all deceased patients over a given period. If 'Deceased Date' is unknown, the date on which the patient was flagged as deceased is considered the 'Deceased Date'.
  - File Number Report
    The File Number Report gives you a printout of your complete patient list, either in File Number order or in alphabetical order, based on patient surname.
  - Recalls Summary Report
    The Recalls Summary Report provides a list of all recalls that have been entered into the system, and which fall due within a selected date range.

Deceased Patients Report

This report lists all deceased patients over a given period. If 'Deceased Date' is unknown, the date on which the patient was flagged as deceased is considered the 'Deceased Date'.

Before you begin

Procedure

Either:
- Click
- Press Ctrl + P
- Select Reports > Print
In the Print Report window, select Deceased Patients Report from the list of reports and click Next.
In the Print Deceased Patients Report window, enter the date range for the report.
Scroll through the list of Practitioners and select the specific Practitioner whose list you want to print.
Ensure that the correct printer and tray is selected and then click Next
You will have to select the printer and tray the first time you print this report, on each terminal. Thereafter Bluechip will remember the appropriate settings.
