MD Billing Window

The MD Billing window displays a list of patient files seen by practitioners using Clinical.


UR#	The patient's UR number.
Items	Displays any notes entered in the Item No field in Medical Director. Note: This field only accepts notes less than 42 characters long. Do not use the Notes field in Medical Director to record notes for use in Bluechip as this causes your system to become overloaded. To add notes in Medical Director for use in Bluechip, enter short notes into the Item No field.
Invoice	Allows you to invoice patients from the billing list.
Remove	Allows you to remove patients from the billing list.
Refresh	Allows you to refresh the billing list from patients treated in MedicalDirector Clinical.
