Notes Tab

Enter general information about a patient into their record.

Use the Notes tab of the Patient Explorer to store general information about a patient.

You must have permissions set to access functionality within this module.

From within the Patient Explorer, select the Notes.


Add	Add a new note.
Delete	Deletes the note that is selected in the left panel. Enter the reason why you are deleting the note, then click OK.
Print	Prints every note from the left panel, except for deleted notes.
Add timestamp	Adds the current date and time to the selected note.
Show Deleted	Set this option if you want the list of notes to include deleted notes. Deleted notes are displayed in red and struck through.
